What documents do I need on the day of delivery?

A valid ID, a driving licence held for at least 1 year, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.

Is the mileage really unlimited?

Always. You can roam Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre, climb to the Soufrière and circle the island as much as you like.

Does the insurance really cover everything?

Our GFA Caraïbes policy is comprehensive. An excess applies to the driver in case of at-fault claims — we spell it out transparently in the contract.

Do you deliver everywhere in Guadeloupe?

Yes. Grande-Terre free of charge (Gosier, Sainte-Anne, Saint-François, Le Moule…). Basse-Terre with a small distance-based fee.

Can I cancel free of charge?

Free cancellation up to 48h before pick-up. Beyond that, terms are detailed in your contract.

Can I add a baby seat or booster?

Baby seat €30 for the whole rental, booster €10. Please mention it in your request.
